4.4.3 Replace the Servo Drive

The following table details the steps to replace the servo drive.

Number Steps
1 Disconnect the power supply of the control cabinet and proceed to the
next operation after 10 minutes;
2 disconnect the wiring terminals on the top and bottom of the drive. These
terminals need to be marked with relevant numbers to ensure that they
will not be connected incorrectly when reconnected.
3 Use a screwdriver to remove 8 M4 Phillips screws and 2 M3 Phillips
screws on the protective plate above the drive.
4 Use a screwdriver to remove the 4 M4 Phillips screws on both sides of
the cabinet at the bottom of the drive.
5 Remove the drive from the bottom panel of the control cabinet;
6 replace with a new drive, connect the drive protection board and cables,
restore the control cabinet and start;
7 import drive parameters.
