2 disconnect the fan power connector;
3 remove the M4 screw of the protective cover and remove the filter cotton;
4 remove the M4 Phillips screw of the fan mounting plate, and take it out;
5 replace with a new fan; connect the cable, and fix the mounting plate.
4.5 Cleaning
Warning
Turn off all power supplies in the control cabinet, and then enter the
robot's workspace for cleaning.
4.5.1 Overview
To ensure a long uptime, please clean the EC2-S regularly. The cleaning interval depends on the
environment in which the robot works. According to the different protection types of each part of the
EC2-S robot, different cleaning methods can be used.
Warning
Be sure to confirm the type of protection of the robot before cleaning.
4.5.2 Precautions
This section explains some precautions when cleaning the robot.
Attention
1. Before cleaning, be sure to check whether all protective covers have
been installed on the robot!
3. Never aim the cleaning water column at connectors, contacts, seals
or gaskets!
3. Do not use compressed air to clean the robot!
4. Do not use solvents that are not approved by EFORT to clean the
robot!
5. The distance of spraying cleaning fluid must not be less than 0.4 m!
6. Do not remove any protective cover or other protective equipment
before cleaning the robot!
