ASSEMBLING INSTRUCTIONS

INSTALLING THE INSPECTION LIGHT - FIGURE 26

When the inspection light (OPTION) must be installed, 

proceed as follows:

NOTE:

  Skip items 1 to 4 if the spout deflector light is 

already installed or in the case of a F41 Stinger 

model.

Quick disconnect the power cable (item 20) from 

the control box before making the connections.

1. Open the control box (item 1) located in the tractor

cab. Install the toggle switch (item 2) and fix it prop-

erly making sure, using an oheter, that current goes

through when the toggle switch is «ON» as shown

on the control box decal.

2. Use the wires (item 3) located on the side of the

alarm. Connect the white-yellow wire (item 4) on the

terminal (item 5) of the toggle switch.

3. Connect the supplied wire (item 6) on the other

switch terminal (item 7) and on the box terminal

(item 8).

4. Close up the box and leave the toggle switch to

«OFF».

5. Connect the plug (item 9) of the wire (item 10) of the

inspection light (item 11) with already mounted wire

(item 17). If the Forage Harvester is equipped with

the spout light, use the supplied ”Y”-shape plugs

(item 12).

6. Bring the wire along the side of the spout and secure

it with nylon tie-wraps.

7. Bring the wire and run it through the slotted hole

(item 13) facing the quick-disconnect hitch.

8. Install the female plug (item 14) as shown. Use two

8-32 x 3/4” lg bolts (item 15), two lock washers and

two hexagonal nuts

9. Connect the inspection light (item 11) to the female

plug (item 14). The inspection light is equipped with

a magnet support (item 16) that allows the operator

to fix it anywhere for handy maintenance. When not

in used, the inspection light should be put back in

the tool box.
