NOTE
: Before using a system to increase the feeding
speed and a 34-teeth sprocket for the cutting
length, it is possible for the system to cause
false detections. In this case, move the J9 jump-
er from position G=100 to position G=50.
For all other feeding speed combinations, jump-
er J9 must be in position G=100 to insure max-
imum efficiency of the metal detection system.

1. Replace the 8 3/8” Ø sheave on the angle drive
transmission box with a 11,3” Ø sheave. First, re-
move the drive shaft (item 1) between the angle
drive transmission box and the cutter head. To do
so, disconnect the shaft at the freewheel clutch or
friction clutch, depending on the model.
2. Remove the three 5V850 belts (item 2).
