ROTATION MOTOR ADJUSTMENT

(F41 STINGER) - FIGURE 174 TO FIGURE 176

Once per season, check the spout rotation hydraulic

motor alignment. Make sure gears are properly aligned

Adjust if needed to insure their durability and minimum

wear.

1. Remove the protection cover (item 1).

2. Verify the horizontal alignment of the motor gear (item

2) with the crown gear (item 3).

3. Lightly loosen the support bolts (item 4) and adjust

the parallelism using the guide bolts (item 5).

4. Check gear crossing. Make sure space between the

extreme face of the motor gear tooth and the base

of the crown gear is between 0.020’’ and 0.030’’.
