Web Connection Operations

Detail

When the name of a user box is clicked, a page for entering the password appears if a password has
been specified for the box.

Note

If an administrator is logged on, the File List is not displayed.

[User Box Setting] button

Click this button to change the user box settings. For details, refer to "Changing
user box settings" on page 6-18.

[Delete User Box] button

Click this button to display a page to delete the user box.

Thumbnail View

Select whether or not thumbnails are displayed in the list of documents.

Specify operation

Select the operation to be performed with the document. For details, refer to "Doc-
ument operations" on page 6-16.

[Changes the display] button

Click this button to display the "Select" check box beside all documents with which
the selected operation can be performed.

Select

A check box appears beside all documents with which the selected operation can
be performed.

Thumbnail

A thumbnail is displayed if the thumbnail view is turned on.

Document Name

Displays the name of the document. Click the name to display details about the
document.

[Edit Name] button

Click this button to change the document name.
