the top of the cabinet is prohibited. Instead, use the lifting ring of the transformer
itself as shown in Fig. 6-5.

3. If crane hangs up cabinet from the top, a distance D (>1.5m) between crane hook
and cabinet top must be strictly followed, as shown in figure 6-4 and 6-5.
4. The lifting weight of crane and ropes must meet requirements. Pay attention to the
center of gravity of the cabinet. Adjust the length of the ropes before lifting to
compensate for uneven load weight distribution. Keep it slow and reduce intense
vibration as possible during the transportation process of lifting and landing.
5. The cooling fans shall be installed after the lifting and positioning confirmation of the
power cell and transformer cabinets are accomplished.
Using a crane for All in one cabinet
1. Using a crane for top lifting from bottom,
bearing capacity of crane must fulfill the
weight demand.
A distance D (>1.5m) between crane hook and cabinet top and
ensure the angle 45° minimum between two lifting ropes must be strictly followed, as
shown in figure 6-6. (Optional cabinet shall be lifted in the same way)
