The frequency skipping function is used to avoid the system mechanical resonance
point.
A total of 3 frequency skipping points are configured and two parameters are required to
be configured to each skipping point, namely the frequency skipping point and frequency
skipping bandwidth, as shown in Fig. 4-3. When the reference frequency is within the
frequency skipping area, the system will automatically adjust the target frequency to the
upper limit value when speed down, or to the lower limit value when speed up.
