Over-voltage prevention during deceleration is used to prevent overvoltage of DC
busbar in the procedure of speed reduction if deceleration time is set to low.
When over-voltage prevention during deceleration is enabled, if the voltage of DC
busbar raises beyond P0582 setting in the procedure of speed reduction, the process
will pause until the voltage reduces beneath the setting of P0583, and then continue to
execute according to the decay proportion of P0584 to adjust the speed-reduction
parameter.
