SCSI RAM Test

The SCSI RAM test performs a read/write operation on the
SCSI controller’s RAM. To run the SCSI RAM test, type x13,
where x represents the unit number of the SCSI controller you
want to test, and press Return.

SCSI RAM test parameters and error codes

The SCSI RAM test returns an error message if the read and
write values do not match. Table F-56 describes the parameters
used in SCSI RAM test error messages.
