4.10. USING COUNTERS

Keep on counting (continuous counter). To define a continuous counter:
Set the recycle flag to
C
. The previous illustration shows a continuous
counter.

Reset the counter value to zero (recycling counter), creating thus a
periodic counter signal. To define a recycling counter:
Set the recycle
flag to
R

A counter may be suspended and resumed with the
GC
command. Use the
S
and
R
commands on a previously defined counter. The next graph illustrates
this.
