(DA) Destination Address

Destination Address
is an association of
Destination Points
. These allows
an event defined with the ED message to be routed to multiple receivers at
the same time by selecting the
Destination Address
(or group) that holds all
of the desired destinations (IP-types, Telephones, Serial Port).

is not the actual IP address or SMS telephone of the receivers.
The message has the following format:
