PNG images of graphs are saved to this folder on the vPad tablet:
Datrend/vPad-IV/Images/<device_ID>
where
<device_ID>
is the ID or control number of the infusion device that was entered at the start of
the test. When PNG image files are saved, the filenames are added to the Test Record.
For Flow Rate Tests , a Trumpet Curve graph is a selectable option (see
Figure 40
on page 54). When the
trumpet curve is selected, users can adjust the time span of trumpet analysis by clicking on the Begin or End
time. When adjusting Begin or End times, the following should be noted:
• Time span must contain at least five minutes of data
• Time span should contain at least one hour of data for a full trumpet analysis per IEC 60601-2-24
• If trumpet end time exceeds the test duration, analysis will stop at the end of the test
• A new trumpet analysis is performed whenever the beginning and/or end times are changed.
Depending on the amount of recorded data, the trumpet analysis may require a few seconds to
complete.
If windowed data analysis has been enabled in the Flow Rate Test , the start time of the observation
window will be indicated on summary flow graphs by a vertical line which is marked "Ts". Refer to Section
4.3.4.2 on page 33 for more information on windowed data analysis.
The Summary button of the graph display to returns the screen to the summary text. If PNG images have
been saved, the filenames will appear at the end of the summary text.
