An error is determined with the high-voltage fan motor rotation speed detected by the Hall IC.

Malfunction
Decision
Conditions

The fan does not start in 15 ~ 60 seconds (depending on the model) even when the fan
motor is running.

If the error repeats 16 times, the system is shut down.

Reset condition: Continuous run for about 11 minutes (35 class: 5 minutes) without any
other error
