Contact details for device administrator
Specifies the contact details for the administrator of this AP. For
example, enter the network administrator’s name and telephone
number. A character string up to 32 bytes can be entered.
Trap send
A trap notifies users if a change occurs in the SNMP agent system.
By specifying this setting, the SNMP manager with the specified IP
address can manage the trap data for this AP. The factory default
setting is “Disable”.
IP address to send trap data
This specifies the destination IP address for trap reports. If the
network contains more than one AP, it is recommended that the
same IP address be specified for all APs so that all APs can be
managed from a single machine. Up to three destination IP
addresses can be specified.

IP settings for PPP
IP address and subnet mask to use for PPP connections.
Modem initialization string
Specify the modem initialization command. The factory default
setting is “AT”.
COM port speed
Sets the communication speed for the serial port when a modem is
connected. The factory default setting is “38400bps”.
Spanning Tree
Used when operating as an inter-segment bridge in simple mode.
Chapter 8 describes spanning trees in detail. This AP is preset
with the initial spanning tree values recommended by the
IEEE802.1D standard.
