Connecting the Terminal

Use the following procedure to connect the terminal to the AP.

(1) Connect one end (D-SUB 9-pin male plug) of the RS-232C

crossed-cable to the COM port on the AP.
The COM port is located on the rear panel.

(2) Connect the other end (D-SUB 9-pin female plug) of the RS-

232C cable to the COM port on the terminal.
If using a PC, connect to an unused COM port.

If the RS-232C cable does not match the socket on your terminal or
