2.4.7 Packet Filter
This WLAN VoIP Residential Gateway support WAN, LAN port and MAC address filter, it
allows users to create and enforce WAN and LAN port access policies tailored to your needs.
Select
Packet filter
from the
Network Management
menu,
then
Packet filter
screen page
appears.
WAN:
Enable WAN port packet filter, if checked.
Enable:
Enable filter rule, if checked.
Source IP:
Enter the source IP address.
Dest. Port:
Enter the UDP or TCP destination port number (1~65535).
Protocol:
Select the filtering protocol from pull down menu.
Block:
Select the block function from pull down menu
- Always ( always block)
- Schedule (follow “Day” and “time “ field setting)
Action:
Insert- To insert a new filter to the WLAN VoIP Residential Gateway.
Change-To modify the current setting.
LAN:
Enable LAN port packet filter, if checked.
Enable:
Enable filter rule, if checked.
Source IP:
Enter the source IP address.
Dest. Port:
Enter the UDP or TCP destination port number (1~65535).
Protocol:
Select the filtering protocol from pull down menu.
