To use the Configurator interface to access the Cisco FM1200 Volo
directly, do the steps that follow:
1.
Power ON the unit.
2.
Wait approximately one minute for the boot sequence to
complete.
3.
Connect one end of a CAT5/6 Ethernet cable to the computer that
will be used to configure the Cisco FM1200 Volo.
4.
Connect the other end of the Ethernet cable to the
Console
LAN
port on the Cisco FM1200 Volo.
5.
Manually set the computer's IP address and Netmask to be
recognizable by the Cisco FM1200 Volo. The correct settings are
as follows:
•
IP address:
192.168.0.10 (or any other IP address
belonging to subnet 192.168.0.0/255.255.255.0)
•
Netmask:
255.255.255.0
6.
Launch the computer's web browser.
7.
Enter the IP address of the Cisco FM1200 Volo in the browser's
URL entry field.
• If the Configurator interface is shown immediately, proceed
• Alternatively, you may see the following window:
