PARENT-FACING AND FRONT-FACING MODE
HOW TO WEAR THE BABY CARRIER
WARNING: always put the baby carrier on before placing
your baby inside.
WARNING: The fabric hood section (O) must always be
removed when using the baby carrier in parent-facing or
front-facing mode. (diag. 20)
10. Put the baby carrier on by putting your head through
the shoulder strap crossover (diag. 10).
11. Use the safety clasps to fasten the shoulder straps in
place, as seen in diag. 11. Check that the safety clasps are
fastened properly.
12. Use the safety clasp (E) to adjust the length of the
shoulder straps until they fit comfortably against your
body.
Then use the safety clasp (P) on the end of the back sup-
port to adjust the length of the straps until the carrier fits
comfortably against your body (diag. 12).
13. To ensure maximum comfort when out and about, the
shoulder strap crossover should be positioned in the middle
of your back, just under the shoulder blades (diag. 13). It
can be regulated using the adjuster ring (L).
HOW TO PLACE YOUR BABY INSIDE THE CARRIER
It is recommended to sit down when placing your baby in-
side the carrier.
PARENT-FACING MODE
14. Fasten the safety clasp located in the waist area to the
corresponding upper safety clasp on one side of the baby
carrier only (diag. 14). Check that both safety clasps are
fastened properly.
15. Place your baby through the open end of the baby car-
rier (diag. 15).
WARNING: Keep a firm hold of your baby during these ope-
rations. Check that the baby’s legs are positioned on either
side of the seat and his arm is threaded correctly through
the slot.
16. Fasten the other safety clasp located in the waist area
to the corresponding upper safety clasp on the other side
of the baby carrier only (diag. 16B). Check that both arms
are slotted through the armholes and both safety clasps are
fastened correctly.
17. Adjust their length until you find a safe and comfy po-
sition for your baby. It is also necessary to adjust the waist
area and the leg slots so that the baby carrier is never too
wide or too tight and is suitable for your baby’s build (diag.
17).
18. Pull the straps to adjust the head rest, as seen in dia-
gram 18.
WARNING: always check that there is sufficient space
around the baby’s face to ensure correct air circulation.
19. Support the base of the baby carrier to regulate the
length of the straps, one at a time, until the baby is close
and resting upright against your chest; this will guarantee
maximum comfort and safety for both you and your baby.
(diag. 19).
FORWARD-FACING MODE
When your baby is able to hold his head up and keep his
shoulders upright by himself, at about 4 months of age, you
can then carry him around in front-facing mode.
20. Unzip the fabric hood section (O) and rotate the upper
section of the baby carrier downwards (diag. 20).
21. Fasten the safety clasp located in the waist area on one
side of the baby carrier only (diag. 21). Check that the safety
clasp is fastened properly.
22. Accommodate your baby through the open end of the
baby carrier (diag. 22).
WARNING: Keep a firm hold of your baby during these ope-
rations. Check that the baby’s legs are positioned on either
side of the seat.
23. Fasten the safety clasp located in the waist area on the
other side of the baby carrier (diag. 23). Check that the safety
clasp is fastened properly.
24. Fasten the upper safety clasps sideways (diag. 24).
Check that the safety clasps are fastened properly.
25. Adjust their length and that of the capacity straps until
you find a safe and comfy position for your baby. It is also
necessary to adjust the waist area and the leg slots so that
the baby carrier is never too wide or too tight and is suitable
for your baby’s build (diag. 25).
26. Support the base of the baby carrier to regulate the leng-
th of the straps one at a time, until the baby is close and
resting upright against your chest; this will guarantee maxi-
mum comfort and safety for both you and your baby. 26).
HOW TO REMOVE YOUR BABY FROM THE CARRIER
WHEN USED IN PARENT-FACING AND FRONT-FACING
MODE
It is recommended to sit down when removing your baby
from the carrier.
27. Firmly support your baby and release the safety clasp
located in the waist area on one side of the baby carrier
only (diag. 27); now remove your baby from the carrier
HORIZONTAL MODE
WARNING: In order to guarantee utmost safety for your
baby, it is recommended to sit down with the baby carrier
resting in your lap, or on a table, before removing your baby
from the carrier.
28. Firmly support your baby and release the two upper
safety clasps first (Diag. 28A) and then those fitted at the
waist area (diag. 28.B).
29. Now remove your baby from the carrier (diag. 29).
FABRIC HOOD
30. The baby carrier comes with its own padded fabric hood
section (O). To assemble it, simply zip it onto the top edge
of the baby carrier (diag. 30).
Use of the fabric hood (O) is vital to guarantee your baby’s
safety when carried in a horizontal position.
