Saving the Printer's Log File
If an issue occurs with the printer, please contact your place of purchase and they will use the printer log file as
a point of reference to help troubleshoot. Steps on how to access and save your printers log file are described
below.

Select the printer to configure from the main screen.

From the [Settings] menu, click on [Printer settings].

on the toolbar.
