While grasping the cartridge with one hand as shown, firmly and slowly pull the tab
with the other hand to remove the 53 cm (21 in.) length strip of sealing tape. Throw
the tape away. To avoid breaking the tape, do not pull the tape out at an upwards or
downwards angle.
If the tab breaks off the tape, pull the tape out by pulling on the end of the tape where
the tab was originally attached.
CAUTION
If you get loose toner powder on your hands or clothing, wash it off with
cold water.

Hold the cartridge so the arrow printed on the cartridge is pointing forwards toward
the printer. Gently slide the toner cartridge into the printer as far as it will go.
