1) Remove the lower vertical path unit.
Please refer to "Lower Vertical Path Unit" of " POD Deck A1 Ser vice
Manual."
2) Remove the lower vertical path guide [1].
- 2 E rings [2]
- 2 sintered bushings [3]
- 1 shaft [4]

CAUTION:
When replacing, be sure to apply grease around the inner diameter of the
bearing.
(Super lube grease)
CAUTION: Point to note when attaching
- For better workability, open the upper vertical path guide [1]. In this case
support the unit not to fall down.
- Do not touch the 4 rubber rollers [2] with bare hand.
- Attach each roller with the slot [3] facing to the rear side.
