19) Remove the following parts for each color.
- Harness (8 Wire Saddles [1] in total)
- 4 connectors [2] in total
- 4 screws [3] in total

20) Hold the grip [2] while holding the all harnesses [1] to pull out the proc-
ess unit [3].

- Align the protrusion [1] on the drum shaft knob and the groove [2] on the
drum flange.

When tightening or loosening the screw [3], be sure to hold the Drum Shaft
Knob [2] to prevent the Photosensitive Drum [1] from rotating in the
direction of the arrow.

CAUTION:
If there is toner around the [A] area of the process unit, be sure to clean the
area with lint-free paper.
