High – You actively and regularly participate in heavy physical exercise (such
as running, jogging, swimming, cycling, or skipping rope) or engage in vigorous
aerobic exercise (such as tennis, basketball or handball).
Fitness index
Your fitness index is calculated based on your age, height, weight and sex. This
value defines your „aerobic fitness“, i.e. your capacity to do aerobic exercise. The
value is dependent and limited by the ability of your body, to transport oxygen
into the muscles during the exercise. In general the fitness index is between 13
and 53, depending on the age. The higher the value, the better is your physical
fitness. Please study the following diagrams.

THE INTELLIGENT TRAINING PROGRAM (TIMER MODE)
The Intelligent Training Program enables you to complete exercise cycles
effectively. It will guide you from a warm up to the end of your exercise program.
In addition to monitoring your heart rate and alerting you whenever you fall out
of the range for the selected upper / lower heart rate limit, the program allows
you to check the calories consumed and the percentage of fat burned.
Different activities exercise the body in different ways and help you to achieve
a variety of fitness goals. To accommodate this the Intelligent Training Program
