Determining small diameter
In order to determine the large diameter D1, taper relation/setting angle and the
taper length have to be specified in any order. Finally, the large diameter D2 is
entered. If afterwards, the focus leaves the entry field and/or if now, the return
key is pressed, the small diameter will appear in the last but one text box.

Tolerance Dimension Table
Overview
Tasks
The tolerance dimension table allows for the determination of an allowance for
a given nominal size and the tolerance field as it can be found as measure in
a drawing. The table is based on the preference tolerances from DIN ISO 286
and/or DIN 7154 and DIN 7155 for the hole basis system and/or the shaft basis
system in the nominal size range from 1 to 500 mm. The following allowances
(in mm) are shown:
●
Upper allowance,
●
Medium allowance, and
●
Lower allowance.
Layout
The form for the tolerance dimension table is located on the "Tolerance dimen‐
sion" tab.
