The list display can be filtered according to the header data elements:

Reserve 3

The data elements used in the basis query of the current list configuration can‐
not be filtered for. Thus, these are grayed out in the filter definition dialog.
The filter conditions that can be selected individually, act like an AND operation.
The filter settings can be adjusted in the following settings dialog.

The function can be also opened via the following menu function in the default
configuration Edit ▶ Define filter .
A filter condition becomes only active if at least one tick was made
in the dialog.
