ADJUSTMENT
Step 1:
Clutch engagement torque.

CAUTION
Do not adjust clutch too tight. Forces above
maximum can cause clutch component failure.
a. Install 1-1/2" socket onto hex (1) on clutch lever
and use dial-type torque wrench (do not use a
“click” type) to measure force required to engage
clutch.

NOTE
If crowfoot is used, readings will be approx. 15
lb-ft (20 N•m) less than with a socket.
b. OPTIONAL: Install 1" crowfoot wrench onto
dial-type torque wrench and measure.
c. Check clutch engagement torque of: 100
±
10
lb-ft (

N•m).
d. To adjust clutch engagement torque:
1. Pull lock pin (1).
2. Rotate adjusting yoke (2) in small increments
(CW to increase force, CCW to decrease
force).

3. Repeat steps a, b, and c until specification is
achieved.
4. Engage lock pin.
5. Install inspection plate with gasket and secure
with bolts.
EQUIPMENT PREPARATION
Step 1:
Install auger/conveyor pumps (1).

Step 2:
Connect battery.
a. Disengage clutch.
b. Assure that all console function switches are
"OFF."
