BOGIE WHEEL ASSEMBLY
(TRACKED)
This task is for the PF-510 machine only.
REMOVAL
Step 1:
Raise machine.
a. Jack machine to remove weight from track.
b. Block machine securely in position with hard-
wood blocking. Track should clear floor.
NOTE
Drive track does not have to be completely
removed. Disconnect track and pull it off of the
top of the bogie wheels. Leave the track under
the bogie wheels.
Step 2:
Release track tension screw (1).

Step 3:
Disconnect drive track.
a. Remove nuts on drive track guide.
b. Pull track band off of studs.
c. Pull track off of the top of the bogie wheels using
the drive sprocket and a towing vehicle to pull
the track under the bogies. Leave the track
under the bogie wheels and on top of the drive
sprocket for easier installation.

NOTE
Machine might have to be jacked higher for
bogie wheel assembly to clear track guides.
Step 4:
Remove bogie wheel assembly.
NOTE
Middle bogie assembly can be removed easier
by removing both bogie wheels before removing
bogie frame. Rotate frame down in front to clear
side arm pull point and pull out.
IMPORTANT
Back two bogies on each side have urethane/
tapered tires.
a. Straighten lock tab on lockwasher (1).
b. Remove locknuts (2) and washer.
c. Disconnect grease fitting (3) from top of assem-
bly.
