DMS-‐Management

Introduction

The LPB2900 Series switches feature a Device Management System (DMS). Capabilities include: inventory list,
topology view, device status, floor view, map view, and traffic statistics.

6-‐1

Information

The Information page shows general system information for the PoE DMS Switch including its DMS
software version, the maximum number of devices the switch can manage, MAC Address, and IP
Address for the Switch.

Web interface

To configure DMS Information in the web interface:

1.

Click Management, and Information.

2.

Select Enabled or Disabled for the DMS state.

3.

Specify the IP Setting.

4.

Select Enabled or Disabled for the DHCP server.

5.

Click

to save changes.
