3. Replace the cover, reconnect the AC power cord, and connect the terminal to the converter with a
modem or direct-connect cable, as appropriate.
NOTE
The auxiliary port on the 920, 925, and 950 terminals can be used with the LinkUp 5294
Auxiliary Printer facility. However, be aware that the 925 terminal passes the
select/deselect sequence (CTRL/T and ESC/A) transmitted by the LinkUp 5294 to
determine whether the auxiliary printer facility will be used, through its auxiliary port, to
the attached printer. If the printer interprets this sequence as a command, the printer’s
operation will be adversely affected.
