3. Replace the cover, reconnect the AC power cord, and connect the terminal to the LinkUp 5294 with
a modem or direct-connect cable, as appropriate.
NOTE
The auxiliary port on the 910 terminal can be used with the LinkUp 5294 Auxiliary
Printer facility. However, be aware that the 910 terminal does not operate its auxiliary
printer capability in an industr y-standard manner. In other words, the por t
select/deselect sequences (CTRL/T and ESC/A) the LinkUp 5294 sends to the terminal
(to determine if this facility is to be used) are incorrectly passed through to the
terminal’s auxiliary port (where the printer is connected). If the attached printer
interprets them as a command, these sequences will cause printer operation errors.
F.23 TV910P Terminal Module - TeleVideo 910 Plus/912
The following list identifies the key sequences defined for the TV910P Terminal Module.
1. Press <CTRL> concurrently with the indicated alpha key.
2. Press <ESC> prior to pressing the indicated alpha key.
3. The last position of the screen (Row 24, Column 80) is designed to not display a character. This
prevents an auto-scroll capability.
