2.2.22 RTU Modbus(OPTIONAL)
The terminal can be connected in slave mode with Modbus-RTU protocol, via a serial port; in
addition to the standard configuration parameters of serial interface specific parameters are
available:
• Terminal number: 1 to 255, sets the number used to communicate with the terminal
• Select Data Format: Select the byte order if Big or Little endian.
• Swap var Float registers: in the case of float variables, allows you to change the order of 2 Modbus
registers.
These last two parameters do not affect reading variables, but fit only the coding convention and
interpretation of values
