ERROR CODES
Error codes are displayed when there is a fault condition in the dispenser. In the event of an error, a message will be displayed
on the side of the dispenser where the error occurred. Any error message will shut down the sale but not disable the pump. To
clear an error message simply lower the handle or put the nozzle back in the boot and remove the nozzle again. To view the error
history log refer to Diagnostic Code 2 for more information.
Note: Repair the problem that may have caused the error first and
then clear the message. If an error message continues to be displayed, please contact Bennett Technical Support at 1-800-423-
6638.
Error Code Description
00 No Error
02 RAM Failure – RAM Error
03 Pressure Safety Error – Pressure is not at a safe level
11 PLC system error - temperature out of range
12 PLC system error - no flow by timer expiration
13 PLC system error - pressure too high
14 PLC system error - meter malfunction
15 PLC system error - lost communication between PLC and dispenser
16 PLC system error - ambient temperature out of range
17 PLC system error - gas temperature out of range
18 PLC system error - gas pressure out of range
19 PLC system error - regular valve malfunction
20 PLC system error - fill valve malfunction
21 PLC system error - hose temperature out of range
22 PLC system error - hose pressure out of range
23 PLC system error - ESTOP pressed
24 PLC system error - ACK needed
25 PLC system error - RC gas temperature out of range
26 PLC system error - RC gas pressure out of range
29 Both Gas detectors not communicating, or A2 Alarm indicates in
alarm state
30 Gas detector 1 is not communicating or it's A2 Alarm status
indicates in alarm state
38 Gas detector 2 is not communicating or it's A2 Alarm status
indicates in alarm state
39 Both gas detector's A1 Alarm status indicates in alarm state
3A Gas detector 1's A1 Alarm status indicates in alarm state
