AC POWER WIRE TERMINATION (TIMER BOARD TS1)
Electronic power must be connected to a dedicated 15-amp circuit breaker, which are supplied by the customer. The dispenser is factory
wired for both 120V and 240V operation and must not be changed in the field. If this has been changed in the field, the warranty is
voided.
Note:
Electronic power for all dispensers at an installation must be wired to the same AC line phase.
1.
Connect 1 White 14ga. (neutral) wire to the Timer Board Terminal 3.
2.
Connect 1 Black 14ga. (line) wire to the Timer Board Terminal 4.

INSTALLING AUDIBLE/VISUAL ALARM
DANGER:
FAILURE TO FOLLOW OEM INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS AND MAINTENANCE COULD RESULT IN A GAS LEAKAGE,
FIRE, OR AN EXPLOSION THAT COULD CAUSE DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY, AND DAMAGE OF PROPERTY.
WARNING: IMPROPER MAINTENANCE CAN CAUSE INJURY OR DAMAGE EQUIPMENT THAT CAN AFFECT BENNETT PACIFIC
SERIES HYDROGEN DISPENSER PERFORMANCE.
WARNING: TO PREVENT ELECTRICAL SHOCK, DISCONNECT FROM POWER SOURCE BEFORE INSTALLATION OR SERVICE.
CAUTION: Perform all preventative and schedule maintenance checks as recommended by the original manufacturer for all
NON-Bennett components.
An audible and visual alarm must be installed in conjunction with dispensers protected
by an internal gas detector and can be optionally supplied by Bennett. An alarm is not
used on dispensers that are protected by a purge and pressurized cabinet. The audio
and visual alarm can either be mounted on the dispenser as shown in
or
remote from the dispenser. For installation of remote alarms, a contact relay is
available in the junction box. in the hydraulic section of the dispenser.

The audible/visual alarm must be certified for the area installed.
•
The installation of audio and visual alarms must be in accordance with all
applicable Local Codes, each dispenser shall be provided a separate alarm.
•
Audio and Visual alarms must be identifiable (e.g. label) pertaining identified
according to what the specific Bennett Hydrogen dispenser they are associated
with. (e.g. Alarm #1 goes to dispenser #1, alarm #2 goes with dispenser #2, etc.).
All component installations, maintenance, and service must be performed by a trained
technician and meet all codes, standards, and regulations. Follow all installation and
operating instructions provided by the original manufacturer with all products.
Note: Installation instructions and specifications may vary per manufacturer. Refer to
the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for detailed information.

Alarm
AUDIO/VISUAL ALARM WIRE TERMINATION (TERMINAL STRIP)
CAUTION: THE INSTALLATION OF AUDIO AND VISUAL ALARMS MUST BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE LOCAL CODES
AND MUST BE CERTIFIED FOR THE AREA.
For use with Remote Audio and Visual Alarm, refer to the wiring diagrams for detailed information.
Note:
Audio and Visual Alarms installed
at each dispenser shall be provided.

Connect 1 x 18 ga. Black (Normally Closed) wire through the junction box to Terminal 5. Connect the other end to the Remote Audio
and Visual Alarm.
2.
Connect 1 x 18 ga. Black (Normally Open) wire through the junction box to Terminal 6. Connect the other end to the Remote Audio
and Visual Alarm.
