Operation

KLEEN™ Control Center (ICC)

Conveyorized Systems

SYSTEM 3: This system has POS (wash card, button, etc.) that is positioned before vehicle gets on
conveyor. This system has treadle that is used for both tires. This system is front tire pull and vehicle
should be put in neutral after front tire drives over treadle.

Relevant Setting:

M500 = OFF

M501 = OFF

D140 = 1

– gives 1 Roller after front tire goes over Treadle

D141 = 2

– gives 2 Rollers after rear tire goes over Treadle

SYSTEM 4: This system has POS (wash card, button, ets) that is positioned before vehicle gets on conveyor.
This system has treadle that is used for both tires. This system is rear tire push and vehicle should be put in
neutral after back tire drives over treadle.

Relevant Setting:

M500 = OFF

M501 = OFF

D140 = 0

– wash initiation only when front tire over Treadle

D141 = 2

– gives 2 Rollers after rear tire goes over Treadle

You may need to increase pre-soak on delay for better operation. This style is possible but system 1 is preferred
instead.

SYSTEM 5: This system does not have POS, wash is enabled at all times. This system has treadle that is
used for both tires. This system is front tire pull and vehicle should be put in neutral after front tire drives
over treadle.

Relevant Setting:

M500 = OFF

M501 = OFF

D140 = 1

– gives 1 Roller after front tire goes over Treadle

D141 = 2

– gives 2 Rollers after rear tire goes over Treadle

You will need to jump input X0 to 0V (on state) for this wash to work.

SYSTEM 6: This system does not have POS, wash is enabled at all times.

This system has treadle that is

used for both tires. This system is rear tire push and vehicle should be put in neutral after back tire drives
over treadle.

Relevant Setting:

M500 = OFF

M501 = OFF

D140 = 0

– wash initiation only when front tire over Treadle

D141 = 2

– gives 2 Rollers after rear tire goes over Treadle

You may need to increase pre-soak on delay for better operation. This style is possible but system 1 is preferred
instead if its possible to get users to push a button to initiate wash.

You will need to jump input X0 to 0V (on state) for this wash to work.
