Sample Loading Configurations
Conveyorized Systems
SYSTEM 1: This system has POS (wash card, button, etc) that is positioned at window when car is on
conveyor with back tires past Roller-Up position. This system does not have a treadle because wash is
initiated from POS.
Relevant Setting: M500 = ON
– this enables rear tire push without Treadle
M501 = ON
– this makes the wash initiate from POS
D140 = 0
D141 = 2
– gives 2 Rollers when wash initiated
Rear tire push no treadle (M500) – prevents the system from looking for treadle input and makes the number of
Rollers on initiation equal to back Roller count.
Auto Roller (M501) – makes the wash initiate as soon as enable input is pulsed and calls for Rollers.
SYSTEM 2: This system has POS (wash card, button, etc) that is positioned at window when car has front
tire only past Roller-Up position. This system has a treadle but uses it for back tire only.
Relevant Setting: M500 = OFF
M501 = ON
– this makes the wash initiate from POS
D140 = 1
– gives 1 Roller when wash initiated
D141 = 2
– gives 2 Rollers after rear tire goes over Treadle
Auto Roller (M501) – makes the wash initiate as soon as enable input is pulsed and calls for Rollers.
