Guide Rails
8) Locate and identify the four the Transition Elbows shown below and secure them on the ends of
the Guide Rails using the supplied 1-
1/2” (38.1mm) fasteners and locking nuts as shown below.
The entrance elbows are mounted on an angle and the exit elbows are mounted straight.

9) After the Transition Elbows are installed grind the Plastic Guide Rail (plastic of the Guide Rails) to
match the shape of the transition plate as shown below.
Grind here on
both entrance
sections to create
a smooth
transition onto
the Y-Section
