Installation

Positioning the insta-KLEEN

™ Control Center (ICC)

Since the ICC is a very important part of the insta-

KLEEN™ Wash System, it is imperative to

locate and install it correctly.

Although the back room is the ideal spot for the ICC, it is designed to work in the tunnel in
case there is no back room in the building as long as the environment is safe from freezing
temperatures.

The ICC has Solenoid Valves that must be covered to protect from dripping water

The ICC is designed to be wall mounted on either the driver side or the passenger side of the
tunnel; whichever side the main utility feeds enter the building.

Traditionally the ICC is positioned first so the utility contractors can complete their duties in a
timely manner.

Refer to the provided insta-KLEEN™ Wash System plan view for specific diagram and placement
dimensions.
