14.3 ANALOG AUDIO INPUT SETUP
The following setup is about the Analog Input Module, alarms generation and configurable settings. The A.A.L means
Audio Analog Left while A.A.R means Audio Analog Right.
Audio Analog Left Silence Trap Label: define
the Trap label over the NMS manager.
A.A.L.Silence Threshold: defines the threshold
level to be considered audio or silence.
A.A.L.Silence Time: defines the maximum time
under A.A.L.Silence Threshold to consider the
input audio not valid (as silence)
A.A.L.Silence Hold:
It’s the time in which the
audio signal must be stably present to be
considered valid.
A.A.L.Silence Mask: if this parameter is Mask the
silence error is not reported, while unmasked
means the error is visible and reported.
A.A.L.Silence Email Enabled : this parameter
enable the email sending in case of silence error.
A.A.L.Silence Trap Enabled : this parameter
enable the Trap sending in case of silence error.
