6 Create an account for voice administration by following the directions in

Creating a Login for Voice Administration in Chapter 3.

Install the AUDIX Voice Power File System Modification Software by

following the directions in Installing AUDIX Voice Power File System

Modification Software in Chapter 3.

Install the IVP System Software, version 1.1 by following the directions in

Installing IVP System Software in Chapter 3.

9 Login as root.

10 Type

/vs/bin/util/addspdisk

and press [Enter] to activate the second

hard disk.

11 Restart the Voice System using the following procedure:

Make sure that the system is shut down normally before proceeding.

b Reboot the system to start it.

Restore the administrative and speech files saved previously. Use the
instructions found in the Restoring Administrative Files and Restoring

Speech Files sections of Chapter 6, Recovery From System Failures.

13 Install AUDIX Voice Power, Release 2.0. Follow the procedure in

Installing AVP Application Software in Chapter 3.

Install the switch integration software (System 25 or System 75). Follow
the procedure in Installing the Switch Integration Software in Chapter 3.

Verify the software components by following the procedure in

Verifying Software Components in Chapter 3.
