Installing
AUDIX Voice Power Lodging
Introduction
When you are installing AUDIX Voice Power Lodging in combination with
AUDIX Voice Power, please refer to, and be familiar with the AT&T AUDIX
Voice Power Lodging Installation and Maintenance Guide. There are four
possible situations:

If you are installing AUDIX Voice Power now with the intention of
installing AUDIX Voice Power Lodging at a later time, please see the
section Preparing for Later Installation in this appendix.
■
If you have already installed AUDIX Voice Power with the intention of
installing the Lodging application, and are now ready to install the Lodging
application, please see the section Adding the Lodging Application in this
appendix.
■
If you are installing AUDIX Voice Power Lodging at the same time that
you are installing AUDIX Voice Power, please see the sections Preparing
for Later Installation and Adding the Lodging Application in this appendix.
■
If you have already installed AUDIX Voice Power, and did not take the
special steps described in this appendix to change the disk partition sizes,
please see the section Reinstalling for Lodging in this appendix.
Preparing for Later Installation
If you are installing AUDIX Voice Power now for later use with the AUDIX
Voice Power Lodging application, or will immediately follow the instillation
of AUDIX Voice Power with the installation of AUDIX Voice Power Lodging,
usc the partition sizes given in Table C-1 instead of the partition sizes given in
Chapter 3. (If your disk size is not given in the table, use the formulas
following the table to compute the required partition sizes.)
After the partition sizes have been determined, follow the instructions in
Chapter 3. If you are installing AUDIX Voice Power Lodging at the same time
