The Voice Mail Database DIP received a message that it does
not recognize.

If this problem persists, contact your field service representative.
5014 (VMD_UNKCALL), INFORM
unknown <string> extension <string> from integrated switch
The Voice Mail Database DIP was given an extension for the
call_answer or voice_mail service that it could not find in the
database. This message is printed only when such extension was
determined through integration with the switch. The probable
explanation for the message is that the called person (in the case of
call_answer) or the caller (in the case of voice_mail) is not properly
registered as a subscriber on the AUDIX Voice Power system.

Verify the presence of the extension.
