Examine the peaks of the spatial calibration.
A profile is acceptable if the peaks meet the following conditions.
• Peaks in the profile are approximately the same height.
• The peak height increases at the beginning and the end of the spatial profile.
Note:
If you are using a 96-capillary array, a small peak may appear in the left
side of the profile. The peak is normal.

A profile is not acceptable if the peak heights are irregular. See “Spatial

Verify that an orange cross appears at the top of each peak in the profile.
