8.1.1 Coupling implements with quick coupling system
CAUTION
Damage to the implement during
coupling.
When using the quick coupling sys-
tem, the top link for normal three-point
mounting may not be installed!
CAUTION
Displacement of the implement
during coupling.
Determine the optimal top link length
and the tractor-side coupling point of
the top link before coupling the imple-
ment on the tractor.
(1) If the coupling system locks the
top link, the lower link pin must
be located precisely above the
coupling point of the tractor lower
link to be able to couple the lower
link.
(2) The raised implement in working
position must be standing verti-
cally.
1. Set the tractor lower links to the same
height.
2. Fasten and secure the ball sleeves in the
coupling points of the 3-point hitch.
3. Drive the tractor towards the implement so
that the unlocked system can catch the top
link.
4. Couple the top link on the implement side.
5. Couple the supply lines.
6. Couple the universal joint shaft.
7. Check that the hand lever on the coupling
system is raised.
