Case 1: The VLAN ID in the VLAN tag matches a VLAN
translation entry on the port. The VLAN ID is replaced with the
VLAN ID corresponding to the entry, and then:
z
If the packet matches the configured traffic
classification rule, the packet is priority-remarked with
the value specified in the rule and is then forwarded;
z
Otherwise, the packet is directly forwarded.
Case 2: The VLAN ID in the tag is the default VLAN ID of the
port:
z
If the packet matches the configured traffic
classification rule, the packet is priority-remarked with
the value specified in the rule and is then forwarded;
z
Otherwise, the packet is directly forwarded.
Case 3: The VLAN ID in the tag does not match any VLAN
translation entry on the port. The packet is dropped.

Without VLAN tag
The packet is tagged with the VLAN tag corresponding to the
default PVID of the port, and then:
z
If the packet matches the configured traffic
classification rule, the packet is priority-remarked with
the value specified in the rule and is then forwarded;
z
Otherwise, the packet is remarked with the port
priority and is then forwarded.
