14.1.2 External Current Sensor
You can connect your own current sensor to the external current sensor connector:

Please make sure, that all 4 ground pins are connected. All other pins should be left open.
All ZES sensors have an EEPROM implemented in which we have stored the name, scaling,
ranges, adjustment and delay time of the sensor. The LMG450 recognises automatically, which
ZES sensor is connected and sets up the range menu. Further on we correct some of the errors
the sensor produces (transfer error, delay time, ...). So you get the best measuring results with
each sensor.
14.1.2.1 Several external sensors in a test bench
A common situation in test benches is, that different sensors have to be connected, controlled
by a program. In this case the relevant signals have to be redirected, e.g. by a relais. Relevant
are all 10 signals of the pins 6 to 15!
Important!
First you have to disconnect an existing sensor.
Secondly you have to wait for at least 3s.
Now you can connect the new sensor.
