Clean the outer parts of the product with a soft, damp cloth and then wipe dry.
Caution! It is forbidden to clean the unit by directing a jet at it or immersing it in water, diluent or other liquid.
It is forbidden to use sharp objects or abrasive cleaning agents for cleaning.
Preparing the product for long-term storage
If the product is not going to be used for a long time (more than 48 hours), prepare it according to the following procedure.
Perform the cleaning according to the procedure in: “
Cleaning after each use
”.
Disconnect the hose connecting to the gun from the unit.
Turn the unit, loosen the suction hose clamp and remove the drain hose clamp (XV). Disconnect both hoses from the unit.
Set the pressure adjustment knob to the low operating pressure position.
Move the operating mode switch to the spray position.
Add 3-4 drops of #45 oil for vacuum pumps into the oil
fi
ller (XVI).
Run the pump for 5 seconds to distribute the oil in the pump mechanisms. The pump should never operate for more than 30
seconds when not pumping the spraying material.
Stop the device with the power switch and unplug the power cord plug from the socket.

Product storage
Store the product in a closed room away from unauthorised persons, especially children.
The room should protect against dust, moisture, precipitation. Ensure e

ective ventilation in the storage area. The temperature at
the storage area must be within the range of 0°C ~ +40°C, and the relative humidity R
h
must be below 80% without condensation.
Separate the gun, the unit and the hose connecting these two elements for storage. In the base of the unit, there is a container in
which you can place the spray gun during storage.
Do not place anything on the product.
Transporting the product
During transport, the gun, the unit and the hose connecting these two elements must be separated.
Move the unit by grasping the handle. In the case of using means of transport, it is recommended to pack the product in factory
packaging or similar elements protecting the product against damage during transport.

Typical problems and their solutions
Caution! If the solution to the problem will consist of replacing the parts and the replacement has not been described in the man-
ual, it is necessary to contact the manufacturer’s authorised service centre for the replacement.

in a warm area. Do not operate the device until the paint has
completely softened.

Worn nozzle
Release the pressure, replace the nozzle.
Check that the pump is not running after releasing the
gun trigger.
Replace the pump.
The main valve is leaking.
Release the pressure, replace the main valve.
Suction hose connection.
Check and correct the suction hose connection to the unit. Check
the condition of the gaskets.

Check the supply voltage. When using extension cords, make sure
that they comply with the guidelines of the instructions manual.
Worn motor brushes.
Replace motor brushes.
