The up arrow Reset

key only functions if
the printer is off line. If a job is processing
and you take the printer off line and press
the Reset
↑
key, the job is cancelled. If you
enter the configuration menu structure, press
the Reset
↑
key to back out of the menus
one level at a time.
The left arrow Test
←
key is used to print
a test start-up page when the printer is off
line and not working in the menu structure.
If the printer is in the menu structure, press
the Test
←
key to scroll backwards through
options within the current menu or to lower
a numeric value such as the number of
copies to print.
The down arrow Enter
↓
key is used when
working within the menu structure. Press the
Enter
↓
key to select a menu or to select an
option within a menu. When you select an
option, the option name switches to all
capitalized letters in the display window.
The right arrow Menu
→
key is used to
enter the menu structure. Press the Menu
→
key until a menu displays in the window (the
last main menu you were in displays). Once
you select a menu, press the Menu
→
key
again to scroll forward through the options
(which can be submenus, bottom level
choices such as a resolution, or a mixture of
the two) within the current menu or to raise
a numeric value such as the number of
copies to print.
