PROCEDURE

Make sure that the cooling water in the cylinder cover is drained.

Remove all pipes from the holder (004,

Figure 7-78

Loosen the two screws (002) on turn.

Remove the screws (001).

Attach two eye bolts to the threads (003) of the holder (004).

Carefully lift the holder (004) together with the pre-chamber (007) from the cylinder
cover (005).

Remove the two screws (002) and the pre-chamber (007).

Remove and discard the O-ring (006) and the seal (008).

Do a check of the sealing surfaces of the pre-chamber and of the cylinder cover. If
necessary, grind the sealing surfaces.
