ELAC LAZ 5200 – Operating Instructions
Operation
6.5.10 Exporting of Recorded Data
The data recorded by the Navigation Echo Sounder ELAC LAZ 5200 can be stored on a
USB stick. In order for data to be stored on the USB stick, the USB stick has to satisfy
certain preconditions.
Exporting data
Precondition:

A suitable USB stick is available (  Tab. 6.20: "Preconditions for the USB Stick").

Free memory space min. 4 GB
Miscellaneous
• The USB stick must be empty.
• The USB stick must be max. 4.5 cm in
length. Longer USB sticks will not fit
behind the service panel of the Navi-
gation Echo Sounder
ELAC LAZ 5200.

Proceed as follows to export data:
1. Switch off the device  6.5.3.
2. Open the service panel on the rear of
the device:
3. Insert the USB stick into the USB port
behind the service panel.
4. Close the service panel.
5. Switch on the device  6.5.2.

is displayed.
– When the data have been copied,
the device boots in the normal
manner.

The data are stored on the USB stick in the directory "records".
The data are stored in CSV format. A more detailed description can be obtained from
the manufacturer.
